Steve Phiri, currently CEO of Merafe Resources Limited, has resigned as CEO but will remain on the board as a non executive.

 

His new appointment is that as Chief Executive Officer of NewCo, Royal Bafokeng Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Rustenburg Platinum Mines Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anglo Platinum Limited.

Steve was appointed CEO of Merafe Resources in 2003.
