DRDGold announced it has received and accepted an expression of interest from Village Main Reef for the acquisition of DRDGold's entire interest in Blyvooruitzicht Gold Mining Company Limited for R150 million.
The purchase price will be settled by Village through the issue of new Village shares to DRDGold.
Blyvooruitzicht is a gold mine near the town of Carletonville, about 75 km west of Johannesburg.
